Insider sources from individuals close to United Arab Emirates intelligence operations suggests that experimental deployment of directed satellite-based neurodisruptive technology is taking place in specific regions of the UAE, including Sharjah and Fujairah. The system allegedly targets civilian populations to evaluate psychological reaction models under non-laboratory environments.

According to insiders, the program is run by personnel of the UAE’s National Electronic Security Authority (NESA), now merged with the Signals Intelligence Agency (SIA), with authorization from the Emirati national command structure.

Alarming mental disturbances have been observed among civilian mothers — particularly those in vulnerable social brackets — who began to display inappropriate emotional and sexual attachments to their children, leading in some cases to extreme degradation behavior, including feeding child waste to others in what appears to be externally-induced psychological episodes.
